The apartment was meant to be a 1st residence and was wholly renovated and decorated as such in June 2009.
A move in New Zealand means that owner has decided to sell and this means that the apartment has "ready to occupy /live in " amenities.
The emphasis is put on a welcoming clean fresh and functional decor for a home rather than just a furnished flat for rental.
The living room is spacious and offers extra sleeping accommodation in 2 deep sofas and several coffee tables for comfort. The TV offers all standard channels as well as , via a twin head satellite dish on the roof , access to hundreds of international channels.
Telephone and 24/7 Internet connections are already installed and working well.
