The house:
Solid thick walls of stones. The roof is made of lauzes (local flat stones).
Built in the centre of the village in year 1880, this ancient house needs a complete renovation in order to match modern standards.

All doors and windows have freestone box.
The keystone on the cellar portal has the construction year (1879) and constructor name (Hypolite Boudon) who was the grand-grandfather of the actual owner.
The entrance door lintel also has the contruction year (1880).
